Will I receive the same product I see in the picture?

Yes. Every product photo is the exact item we ship. Manufacturers occasionally update their packaging, so a carton design may differ slightly from the photo, the formula, size and batch validity never do.

Where can I view my receipt?
A copy is emailed the moment your order is confirmed. You can also find it any time under My Account → Orders, where every past order and its invoice stays available to download.
 
How do I return something?
You have 14 days from delivery. Unopened items in their original packaging are refunded in full. If a product was opened because it irritated your skin, message us anyway — we handle those case by case and usually make it right.

Will you restock items marked out of stock?
Almost always. Because we source through licensed pharmacy channels, restock timing depends on batch availability rather than a warehouse. Message us with the product name and we'll tell you the expected date, or notify you the day it lands.

Where do you ship, and how long does it take?
All Egyptian governorates. Cairo and Giza typically arrive in 1–2 working days, other governorates in 2–5. Shipping is free on orders over 1,200 EGP, and cash on delivery is available everywhere we ship.
