Quiz results and recommendations are informational and cosmetic in nature. They do not constitute a medical diagnosis or examination and are not a substitute for consultation with a dermatologist or another qualified healthcare professional.

Users should provide accurate and truthful answers.

If a user's answers suggest a concern requiring medical assessment, GG may recommend consulting a qualified dermatologist before proceeding with routine selection or purchasing products. This is intended to encourage responsible skincare use and is not a medical diagnosis.

Consult a qualified healthcare professional if you have a known skin condition, allergy, persistent irritation or concerns about using a product.

Read ingredient lists, directions, warnings and expiry dates before use. If an adverse reaction occurs, discontinue use and seek appropriate advice.

04. Routine Categories and Product Information

GG may offer skincare routines in three categories:

• Basic: A routine focused on essential skincare needs.
• Advanced: A routine including additional steps or products where appropriate.
• Premium: A higher-tier routine featuring a curated selection of products.

The actual products, quantities, usage instructions and total price of each routine are displayed before an order is completed.

These categories reflect different routine designs and compositions; a higher-priced routine does not necessarily deliver better results.

Product information, ingredients, usage directions, warnings, country of origin and expiry information will be displayed as required by law and as appropriate to each product.

Images may be illustrative where indicated. If there is a material difference between a product as presented and the product delivered, statutory consumer rights apply.

05. Orders and Purchase Confirmation

Completing the Skin Quiz may be required to access a recommended routine and complete a purchase.

Submitting an order constitutes a request to purchase. GG will contact the customer to clarify and confirm the order details through the available checkout steps or the contact method the customer provided.

Before confirming an order, customers should review the products, quantities, prices, delivery address, shipping charges and payment method.

If an order cannot be fulfilled due to unavailable stock, a material pricing error or another legitimate reason, GG will contact the customer to explain the available options, including cancellation and the refund of any amounts due.

Placing an order does not constitute consent to be charged for products or services the customer did not agree to purchase.

Nothing in this section limits any mandatory consumer right under Egyptian law.

06. Prices, Payments and Invoices

08. Returns, Exchanges, Cancellations and Refunds

GG respects consumer rights under Egyptian Consumer Protection Law No. 181 of 2018, its Executive Regulations and other applicable legal rules.

8.1. Withdrawal from a Distance Purchase

A consumer who purchases online or through another distance-contracting method may have a statutory right to withdraw within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason, subject to the conditions and exceptions established by law.

Where the law requires goods to be returned in their original condition, these conditions must be met. The applicability of any legal exception depends on the nature of the product and the relevant legal provision. Not all skincare products are automatically excluded from all return rights merely because they are cosmetics or personal-care products.

GG may offer an Add-on feature or reminders that help customers return to their accounts and purchase products needed to continue their routine.

Any estimated repurchase interval, including approximately 30 days, is indicative only and not a guarantee. Actual timing varies by product and usage.

The Add-on feature does not, by itself, create a recurring subscription, automatic renewal or authorization for automatic charges. Each additional purchase requires a separate order and customer approval, unless a future subscription service is introduced with separate, clearly stated terms and express consent.

Prices and product availability may change and will be displayed before an additional order is confirmed.

10. Product Use and Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for reading and following manufacturers' instructions, warnings and storage guidance.

These terms do not limit any liability that cannot legally be excluded, including obligations concerning product safety, defects, misleading information and consumer rights.

11. Privacy and Personal Data

GG may collect data necessary to operate the website, provide the Skin Quiz, manage customer accounts, process orders, arrange delivery, respond to inquiries and fulfill legal obligations.

Personal data is processed in accordance with applicable Egyptian data-protection laws and GG's separate Privacy Policy, which explains the categories of data, purposes of collection and processing, recipients, retention periods and individuals' rights.
